Lavender Brownies

Elle Feldman from Elle's Patisserie shows how to make something from scratch for your sweetheart for Valentine's Day.
Lavender Brownies:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender buds
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 6 TB unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Lavender Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 TB dried culinary lavender buds
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, cut into chunks
