Lavender Brownies

Elle Feldman from Elle's Patisserie shows how to make something from scratch for your sweetheart for Valentine's Day.

Lavender Brownies:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender buds
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 6 TB unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour


Lavender Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 TB dried culinary lavender buds
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, cut into chunks
